Insurance
We currently accept a number of health insurance plans, both through private and employers. Click here for a current list of the insurance carriers we work with.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled session and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay an $80 fee for cancelation or no show session. If you need to cancel for any reason let us know as soon as possible so we can try and reschedule.
